Advisory Board members

Neira Jones - Neira is the chairman of the Advisory Board. She is the former Director of Payment Security and Fraud for Barclaycard. Neira has over 20 years experience in the financial industry and is an authority on payments, risk, information security and business turnaround. Neira also chairs the board for the Global Advisory Board Centre for Strategic Cybercrime & Security Science. She is a Fellow of the British Computer Society and was on the PCI SSC Board of Advisors for 4 years.

Mark Adey – Having started at Motorola research, where he secured international patents, Mark has over 20 years international experience in the mobile industry. He held various senior technology roles at Vodafone focusing on customer experience before joining a US network analytics company that was subsequently acquired by comScore, a global leader in measuring the digital world. He is currently Head of Transformation & Governance (Service Management) at O2 UK.

Sir Alan CollinsSir Alan is a former career diplomat whose service includes High Commissioner to Singapore, Ambassador to the Philippines, Director General of the British Trade and Cultural Office in Taiwan, Director General Trade and Investment USA and Consul General New York. He has also been Managing Director for Olympics Legacy in UK Trade and Investment. He is now following a career in business and is a Non-executive Director or Advisor to a number of companies both in the UK and overseas.

Katz Kiely - Katz has supported large private, public and academic organisations through digital transformation for over 15 years.  She has devised effective innovation and engagement strategies for clients including Channel 4, BBC, Westfield Shopping Towns, Hewlett Packard and Shop Direct.  In 2011, she designed and delivered an effective year round multi-channel stakeholder engagement/ alignment model for a UN agency; it reached millions of new stakeholders and saved millions of Euros.  She has shared her story at global conferences including TEDx, SXSW and IBC and regularly writes for B2B publications.  Follow her at @katzy.

Jeremy Larsson - is a Board-level General Manager, Intrapreneur and Change Agent.  Currently Head of Telegraph Financial Services at Telegraph Media Group.  His career includes significant roles at SunLife, Barclays and John Lewis.

James Le Brocq - James is a highly energised and engaging leader in start up and turn around environments in FS, payments, mobile and digital. He is a Commercially focused and dynamic executive with proven leadership skills in results focused and regulated environments. For over three years, James was MD of O2 Money, the financial services business of Telefonica in the UK.

Phillip McGriskin – With more than 13 years in the online payments market, Phillip is currently CEO of Vitesse - the new smart way to make secure global money transfers.   Before this he was Chief Product Officer for WorldPay – a global leader in payment processing, operating in more than 40 countries. WorldPay pioneered online payments for small and medium sized businesses and currently process millions of online payments every day.  Previously he was CEO at Envoy Services, an e-commerce payments company acquired by WorldPay.

Stuart Neal – Formerly Chief Commercial Officer at Zapp, having previously been the Chief Financial Officer at Boku, the leading global direct operator billing mobile payments company. Stuart is a prominent figure in the European payments market with specific expertise in deploying innovative payment solutions.  Prior to joining, Stuart was at Barclaycard where he was responsible for growing the merchant acquiring division.

Ben Nicholson – A strategic business transformation professional with over 25 years experience in banking and financial services, including 10 years as a management consultant at firms including: PA Consulting and KPMG, delivering major global process, integration and strategy initiatives as well as HSBC, Barclays and RBS. Currently he is the Continuous Improvement Lead for Financial Markets for Lloyds Banking Group and is Six Sigma Black Belt trained.

Stanley Skoglund – Formerly Chief Risk Officer at Credorax – one of the world’s first hi-tech companies to become a Principal Member of Visa Europe and MasterCard and a financial institution licensed under the PSD (Payment Services Directive) – Stanley brings to the Ensygnia Advisory Board more than 25 years of development and implementation experience in corporate and customer compliance, control programs and risk profiling

Daryl Wilkinson - is one of the most influential leaders in European digital innovation, and the founder of DWC a new specialist digital consultancy and software development company offering strategic advice, innovation and leadership expertise to financial and retail organisations.  His career includes significant roles at Nationwide Building Society, RBS, Accenture and AT&T.
